Refund policy

* All Returns Must be Approved by IMR with a Return #
* All Non-defective Returns are Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
*Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders, electronic or any used items!
* No Returns on uniquely fabricated items. Custom parts made in-house, unique to your requested specifications are for your vehicle only.

* Turbos: All sales are final, except if wrong items were shipped. Any other cases where a return is approved are subject to 20% restocking fee and goods are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund.

* Cancellations of orders on none IMR parts are subject to a 10% processing fee.

* Cancellations of orders on IMR fabricated parts are subject to a 20% processing fee.

* No cancellations on group purchase or group buy orders.

* Cancelations and refunds for financed products will be subject to an additional %5 fee equivalent to the financing service charge imposed on IMR America. 

* No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Returns or refunds may incur a 20% restocking fee after order is placed. Refunds after 15 days are for store credit only. When ordering, buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this sale.

* Claims: Shortages, errors or price adjustments must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order.

* Warranty: Merchandise is warrantied only by the original manufacturer. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported prior to installation! Labor is non-refundable and claims will not be allowed.

* Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a call tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving, we will re-ship the correct item back to you at our expense. All shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. Errors reported after 7 days will be considered null. Please check in all items upon receiving your package!
